Our client is a successful New Zealand manufacturer embarking on a significant operational improvement project. They are seeking an experienced Process Documentation & Continuous Improvement Specialist to review, document and standardise business processes across the organisation.
This is a unique opportunity to work directly with senior leadership while gaining exposure to every area of the business. Your work will leave a lasting impact by creating a practical operational and training manual that supports consistency, quality, onboarding and future growth.
This is much more than simply writing procedures. You'll be analysing how the business operates, identifying opportunities for improvement and helping build stronger systems for the future.
The Role
Working closely with the leadership team and operational staff, you'll immerse yourself in the business to understand how work is actually performed before documenting and improving key operational processes.
You'll spend time across the factory, warehouse and office functions, observing workflows, interviewing stakeholders and ensuring documentation accurately reflects best practice.
