JOB HUNTING SURVIVAL KIT - terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter is Hirestaff Limited ("Hirestaff"), Auckland, New Zealand.

2. Promotion Period
The giveaway opens at 9:00am NZST on 29 June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm NZST on 3 July 2026.
Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility
To enter, participants must:
• Be aged 18 years or older.
• Be a current resident of New Zealand.
• Have a valid New Zealand delivery address.
• Follow Hirestaff on the platform where they enter (Facebook, Instagram or TikTok).
• Complete all entry requirements specified in the giveaway post.

Employees of Hirestaff and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
Participants may enter on multiple platforms; however, each individual may only win one (1) Job Hunting Survival Kit.

4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the entry requirements outlined in the relevant giveaway post. Incomplete, fraudulent, automated or non-compliant entries may be disqualified at Hirestaff's discretion.

5. Prize
There are fifty (50) Hirestaff Job Hunting Survival Kits to be won.The contents of each Job Hunting Survival Kit may vary from those shown in promotional material. Hirestaff reserves the right to substitute any prize item with a similar item of equal or greater value if necessary. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection
Fifty (50) winners will be randomly selected from eligible entrants who have successfully completed all entry requirements. The draw will take place on 6 July 2026. Hirestaff's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted via direct message on the platform they entered from. Winners must respond and provide their delivery details within 24 hours of being contacted. If a winner does not respond within 24 hours, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, or is unable to accept the prize, Hirestaff reserves the right to redraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

8. Prize Delivery
Prize packs are expected to begin shipping from 8 July 2026. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on location and courier services. Once a prize has been dispatched, Hirestaff is not responsible for any loss, theft, delay or damage occurring during delivery.

9. Publicity
By accepting a prize, winners agree to participate in reasonable promotional activity related to the giveaway, including photographs, videos, testimonials or social media content, without further compensation.

10. Winner AnnouncementWinners may be announced on Hirestaff's social media channels and promotional platforms.By entering the promotion, entrants agree that their first name and general location may be published if selected as a winner.

11. Privacy
By entering, participants consent to Hirestaff collecting and using their personal information for the purposes of administering the giveaway, contacting winners and arranging prize delivery. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Hirestaff's Privacy Policy.

12. Social Media Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or TikTok. By entering, participants release Facebook, Instagram and TikTok from any responsibility relating to this promotion.

13. General
Hirestaff reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, provides false information or breaches these Terms and Conditions. Hirestaff reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion if circumstances arise beyond its reasonable control. By entering the promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
